Marquis Roofing was excellent. Tom, the owner came out right away to look at the job and 2 days later they had someone out working on it. I called a few other roofers before and they didn't get back to me until after the job was completed. In this case, it was a smaller job but Marquis didn't make it seem that way - they were on it! They have a crew that specifically works on smaller projects in addition to their full service residential and commercial roofing services. Everyone was very friendly and professional. They took great care in not only the project, but our property during the work. The roof looks great and the crew did an amazing job in cleaning up any debris around our property. The new rubber boot which your firm installed around my PVC vent pipe stopped the leakage along the pipe, even in the heavy downpours we had in the past week. I called Marquis Roofing to come and shovel the snow on my roof before this storm comes with another foot of snow. They came out as soon as they could which was at 8:30 pm that same day and shoveled all the roof until it was done. They worked very hard in such cold weather. I was very pleased. A job well done! We needed a new roof installed as we live in a mobile home and the previous roofers just installed over the old shingles (not correct for a mobile home as it adds an extra 2000 lbs to outer walls weakening the structure) which caused quite a bit of leveling issues. We wanted the roof done asap before New England winter storms hit and Tom was able to rearrange his schedule so we were done within 7 days of the call and all in one day! They came in and tore up the old shingles, replaced with an entire new roof, cleaned up after themselves, took all the debris with them and stood by their labor. There was a problem where when removing the old shingles they dislodged the furnace pipe. Tom backed up his work and resolved the situation completely and immediately. There was no hassle or haggling about the issue. He just took care of it. I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing a new roof and understanding your situation. Mobile homes have their own set of 'rules' when remodeling and revamping and it was nice knowing I could trust someone to understand our predicament.
